Ammonium Potassium Chromate, (NH4)KCrO4
Ammonium Potassium Chromate, (NH4)KCrO4, is prepared by neutralising a solution of potassium dichromate with ammonia. Also the compound, 2(NH4)2CrO4.3K2CrO4, has been obtained in the form of yellow needles of density 2.403 at 15° C.
