Lithium Chromate, Li2CrO4.2H2O

Lithium Chromate, Li2CrO4.2H2O, forms slightly soluble reddish-brown rhombic prisms:

a:b:c = 0.662:1:0.446.

The following double chromates have been described: LiNa3(CrO4)2.6H2O (ditrigonal, bipyramidal), and (NH4)LiCrO4 (yellowish-brown needles).

Lithium Dichromate, Li2Cr2O7.2H2O, forms dark brown, almost black crystals, fairly soluble in water.
